First….I’m sorry for the lack of blogging, but it has been a v. busy week here.  Please don’t feel neglected.
Second….you should make this:
Tomato-Lime Salad:
2 containers of cherry tomatoes, cut in half (Tip: Try the multi-colored heirloom tomatoes- they make for a prettier salad).
3 tablespoons of olive oil
3 tablespoons of coarsely chopped fresh oregano
Juice from 1 lime
Sea Salt (to taste)
Combine ingredients & enjoy
