Run, don’t walk

To the nearest bookstore/amazon and buy the Homesick Texan Cookbook. Tonight, I made the Poblano Mac and Cheese and it is hands down my favorite mac and cheese I’ve ever made. Ever. And that’s saying something.

Also? The Boy made the carnitas and had good things to say… if you’re into pork butt. :)
